Dr Cooper is arrogant and insensitive to patients needs. Seemed like this was a production shop.

The office is in a bad location. I had been on meloxicam for 11 years when I went to her. She had no problem transferring my prescriptions when I first started going to her. I have OptumRX and I have to refill my prescriptions through them. Three month supply at a time. Obviously, she didn't like that because she wanted to have me keep coming back to the office for more blood work every six months. When I told them I didn't need to come in for an office visit for lab work because I worked for a lab and all my lab work was free to just send the order to my office. They told me no, you still need to come in. I said, if there is something wrong with my blood work then I would need to come in. I was told I still had to come in for no reason what so ever. So, I fired her as my doctor. Last month I got a bill out of the blue from Jan. 2016. A year and a half later. On that bill were charges for lab work that I never got there at any time. That just confirmed my suspicions. So, go to her if you like but make sure you check you bill when they send it.
