General Comments

Our wait time at the office was one and a half hr which was ridiculous. Blood test samples were then taken twice as first time they said that the blood samples were lost, then we had put in a request to fax the blood results to our insurance Co. as we had a deadline to submit the report, the staff were lax in doing the needful, had to keep phoning to remind them. Lastly got a bill of $290 for the biometric screening which is 100% covered by insurance...called the insurance co. about the bill and found out that Dr. Miranda's billing clerk put in the wrong code. Tried contacting the billing clerk 4 times, unable to get her....just have to wait till she returns the call.
