This office has the worst customer service of any doctor's office I have ever experienced. I had my band deflatted for 6 months and I made an appointment to get a fill. The tech that gave me a fill was not friendly. She was rude and disrespectful. I told her that she did not give me enough on the fill. She said that she knows how much to give on a fill and that I was wrong. She said to go home and give it a week. I called back in a week and told them I didn't get enough on the fill a week prior. The receptionist made me an appointment. I came in and I seen the same tech that gave me the fill before and I told her it wasn't enough. So she put a little more. I do not have insurance. I paid $150.00 on the visit a week before. They told me I owed $150.00 more. I told them that the tech did not give me enough fill the first time. They said it didn't matter that I owed it. Because they used the live x-ray. I paid the $150.00 and told them I will never be back. They do not care about their patients. It is all about money. I have used Dr. Jayseelan for 6 years but no more.

DR JAYASEELAN HAS NOT BEDSIDE MANNER AND HIS STAFF IS ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.
