I love this man!!! Kind caring brilliant and very patient !!!!!!! You will not find a better specialist in my opinion. I've been in pain for 4 years. Dr Gerges reviewed all my records and told me honestly where we need to go. I trust him and I am leaving my mess of a back in his strong confident hands!!! Thank you Dr Gerges!!! I love you !!!

"The support staff all around from the billing office, the so called " Insurance Specialist", some of receptionists, and the nurses are rude. When you start to advocate for yourself, you get treated like pill popper, junky, or you're crazy. ( I've owned my own business and have a Bachlors Degree with a Minor). I definitely don't deserve to be treated that way. "

"He has been texting, not taking notes, just circling the billing sheet. But, if you do use a low, calm, volume, this causes Dr. Gerges to put everything away, and truly listen. "
Appropriate Follow-up
"Dr. Gerges is so busy cleaning up the messes, of his support staff, he tries. I realize that ultimately, it's his resposability to follow up, but in his defense, he needs a good support staff, to assist him "
Dr. Gerges is wonderful, unfortunately, he does not have the support staff ( the nurse and business office), that share his same compassion for his patients. Authoizations never get to Insurance Companies, required documents and communication is lacking with him, other departments, and referring Physcians. His patients are never called backed, are left to take their own health care needs into their own hands. When they do, there is a backlash across the board, from one nurse particularly, and the business office. I do believe, that Dr. Gerges is very caring and companionate. But, he is one man that is spread thin, trying to clean up mess of his incompitant staff ( excluding his PA- the male). If he was to find staff, that were EXCELLELENT and not just mediocre, ( 100% compared to 85%), he and his office, would run better. I'm already there being treated for chronic pain issues and shouldn't have to worry about following behind people to ensure my meds will be there, my billing, or advocating for myself, and then feeling the wrath, after all, there are 3 nurses there.

Dr. Gerges really is a good Doctor. He needs to get rid of his support staff

Do not trust your care with Gergis
I have been receiving treatment from Dr Gergis, though the wait time can be long, I'd wait as long as I could to be properly diagnosed and treated. He does not take time with his patients nor listens to concerns. He offers no patient relationship or quality care, and is very closed minded in his practice.

When treating patients it's very important to listen your not just here to collect a paycheck.

My first visit gave me much relief if some of it is temporary. I am glad I found Dr. Gerges.
