I wouldn't recommend this office AT ALL. Rude and incompetent staff. There is no reason to be treated as unprofessionally as I was. There are better drs and staff elsewhere. Save yourself the aggravation.

Dr. Hayes isn't a 'bad' doctor, but her office staff is so absolutely terrible, even rude at times, that I would never go back to this office.
× Negative Comments:The staff at this office is so incredibly disorganized, they can never seem to find my records or answer my calls. They don't respond to messages, I have to call 10x to actually get a person on the line that will help me, they transfer me from assistant to assistant, dept to dept, and OVER CHARGE me constantly, having me fight with billing and insurance. I am switching doctors and will never come to this disorganized, horrible practice again
• General Comments:If you don't want to be overchanged, don't want to have to call the office 10 times to get one answer, don't want the hassle of being tossed from assistant to assistant when you do call, DO NOT GO HERE. They are so UNBELIEVABLY disorganzied!
