"in the waiting room I overheard a conversation at the nurse's station about somebody's home life that involved abuse and sex. Then they started talking about another patient. When I stop to check out I had to wait a while 1 girl in the office put her cell phone down while another one complained to one of the nurses that the cleaning company put pens and things in the jar of tongue depressors. "

Extremely unprofessional staff, and when I spoke to the doctor about it she told me that she lets her staff handle their own issues and doesnt get involved. Unprofessional as a doctor and unethical. There's no excuse for this. I have no confidence that my medical records are secure or confidential.

Dr Montague Has been my regular doctor for close to five years. Her level of service has declined greatly over the last year. Her office staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. This is the final straw!! While in was in the waiting room one of them talked about how abusive her husband was but how great their sex was. My 5 year old does not need to hear that at his doctor's office!!! When I checked in I was told the nurse would come and get my but they're not even nurses. I was on time for my appt but sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes before I was brought to a room, then I waited another 35 minutes to see Dr.Montague. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription I was told there was none waiting. It took three calls to the doctors office and it was the wrong prescription (it was supposed to be a tablet, not liquid). My poor 5 year old shouldn't have had to suffer any longer because of her incompetence. We're done, the whole family is transferring ASAP.

She closed her practice without providing referrals or helping patients who've been on medications. Hope wherever she ends up she doesn't repeat this!
