Unprofessional staff, lack of attention to details and follow up

"They did not tell me that my first visit would be 3 hours and include testing."
Easy Appointment
"Definitely. Once you get through their phone system and reach a live person. It takes awhile and you you get bounced around to voicemails. First thing they said on the phone was "we can get you in tomorrow." They didn't tell me that I'd have over an hour wait to see doctor and 3 hour appointment!"

"ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! The most UNPROFESSIONAL office staff I've ever encountered! Lack of attention to details. Rx's not sent in to pharmacy as they stated and required 2 additional visits and phone calls. Don't return phone calls promptly and when you try to call, you get thrown into voicemails. "

"NO! Prescriptions weren't sent in to pharmacy as they said they would be - not once but twice! Incorrect information given on follow up calls regarding testing. It's frightening that I allow these people to inject me with allergy serum given their lack of attention to details and careless and indifferent attitude."
Poorly run office. Lack of attention to details and follow up by staff. Doctor was an hour late for my appointment yet the office wasn't crowded. There was a pharmaceutical rep there visiting doctor that may have caused the wait. No apology from staff or explanation.
