Dr Cibulka always has a smile on his face- he is an absolute joy! He has been my PCP for 15 years and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Cibulka has been my primary physician for many years, and I even changed health insurance carriers in order to continue going to him. He is caring, competent and makes each visit a comfortable experience.
