Positive Comments

Very approachable. Very good communicator. Willing to listen. Took the time to explain in as much detail as we wanted what the blockage was and why he took the action that he did. Very knowledgeable and able to speak in layman's teems. Always returned phone calls personally.

Negative Comments

There was a 4 hour delay on the surgery start time. Dr. McAllister was very busy the whole time and kept us informed of the delay. We were the last patient on the list for that day and incremental delays of prior surgeries impacted us the most. Not the doctors fault.

General Comments

Florida Hospital was excellent. Great staff, good food, nice rooms and equipment. Don't see how it could have been much better.

"The over weight black female that works up front is an idiot. She tells you that it takes 3 weeks to return disability paperwork to the carrier and then she gives you a copy and tells the patient to send it??? Maybe if she shed a couple hundred pounds she could move around better."

Negative Comments

Everyone in the practice is great except for the overweight black lady who works up front. It takes her 3 weeks to send a 1 form package back to a carrier for disability insurance and when she is asked why, her reply is "its not my problem." She has given me the wrong patient information to sign the last 2x I have been in the office and when I get the correct info she leaves the wrong info sitting out on the desk for everyone else to read if they choose.
