Extremely Poorly Managed Practice!
Wait time
60 minutes
"This was the 4th visit for my 93 year old father. After waiting 1.5 hours we left without him seeing the doctor. We had been to,d it would be at least 15 minutes before he would be called in. This was typical of the other visits. Plus waits once you're in are are extremely long, too."
Easy Appointment
"Appointments are not easy to get, but they overbook so badly you might as well take a number at the door. Managed more like a deli counter than a physician's office."
Promptness
"You have to plan on being at his office at least 3 hours, even for a routine follow-up."
Friendly Staff
"When I asked for the best days/times to come I was told if you took the first appt "you might not have to wait that long". When I said waiting multiple hours after scheduled appt times was not acceptable I was told "Dr. Grayson is a very busy man". There is no respect for people's time. The very large waiting room is always full."
Fair and Accurate Diagnosis
"On the first visit the doctor confirmed the glaucoma that was the preliminary opinion from my father's optometrist. However, given the narrowness of his field or vision and high eye pressure, it was not a difficult diagnosis."
Spends Time with Patients
"We left because we could no longer wait. On the most recent previous visit the appt. card said Dr. Grayson but we were seen by the optometrist. WhenI asked what happened, we were told that's the way they manage the practice. We do not have an issue with a team approach per se, but we were not told this was how the practice was managed. This was disconcerting and upsetting to my father."
Appropriate Follow-up
"No follow-up since the visit did not happen."
He has the worst managed medical practice I have ever seen.

Wait time

"This was my first appointment and I was told ahead of time that there would be a wait time of between an hour and possible three depending on testing. I waited about two hours... which was fine because I they prepared me so I bought a book."

Excellent - He did not spend too much time holding my hand, but I do not expect that from any high caliber surgeon. I only care that he knows what he's doing and he was beyond knowledgeable.

Positive Comments

I would recommend Omni to anyone that is more concerned about the health of their eyes than having their hand held.

Positive Comments

I was referred to Omni by my family eye doctor and admittedly was scared to see anyone outside of my optometrist; however, I was quickly put at ease. The staff was very helpful and was able to calm my nerves. The wait was a little long, but worth the it once I met with Dr. Grayson. His knowledge base immediately put me at ease and I was much more confident going into surgery. Overall, great experience!

"< 5 min after 4 hrs waiting. It also take hald of the time for him to locate the paper work."
Dr. Grason is certain an over confident physicians who carries a big title of being the Medical Director, Chief of Glaucoma and Cataract Surgey at Omni Eye Services. Having that said, my wife first visit at his practice proven to be very disappointing. It took us 4 hrs of waiting to see him only to find out that he is arrogant and have no appreciation of his patient. He should be sorry that he was extremely late and that the patient has two yound kids waiting at home and yet nothing to eay. We started at 11AM and didn't finish all the exams until 3PM. His attitude is very disappointing. We are just on eof his cases. He asked my wife what is wrong and we both staired at him, is he really the Dr.? After all the test reults in his hand, shouldn't he be telling us. We lost any trust with this guy. He is unprofessional in our eyes and even if he is the top notch in his field, we would not care less. We certainly won't go back.

Negative Comments

4 hrs waiting and an arrogrant attitude. Don't need this!
