Negative Comments

He's an odd person and an incompetent doctor. He has the personality and ethics of a used car salesman. He also has a serious drinking problem: you can even smell it on him.

General Comments

Dr. David P. Kelsey started as a family practitioner in Wisconsin but became a hair transplant "surgeon" after taking a crash course in the subject. He subsequently lost his medical license in one state after another (e.g., Minnesota and Illinois) for botched "surgeries," which he performed while he was under the influence of alcohol. He finally retreated into being a family practitioner again in Michigan.

Dr. David P. Kelsey started out as a family practitioner in Wisconsin and then became a hair transplant "surgeon" for the Chambers Hair Institute, which was founded, owned, and operated by the late bigamist Dr. Constantine Chambers. After botching several surgeries under the influence of alcohol, he parted ways with them to start his own hair transplant clinic in Michigan. After botching more surgeries there, he retreated into once again becoming a family practitioner in Michigan. And, to add insult to injury, he has the personality of a Central Casting used car salesman.

Positive Comments

Good for getting a script for bronchitis or whatever

Negative Comments

Impatient with people who try to do their own research regarding their problems especially if they are female. Looks on most women as emotional know nothings who shouldn't think for themselves

General Comments

I beleive the good reviews for this doctor were done by men. He does not relate at all well to women
