I am not very excited about being drugged up and having two procedures done but he seemed like I should be able to trust. I will share again after my procedure.

Positive Comments

Good communicator..able to easily explain the diagnosis and follow up treatment plan..provides background research information to the patient...follows through timely on what he says he will do

Negative Comments

His office practice is a bureaucracy. You have to go through the receptionist, then the medical assistant, then the physician assistant...then you might get to see or talk to the doctor. The system needs to be designed to be more responsive for the patient and accessible to the doctor. The interaction and treatment from the doctor is excellent, but navigating the bureaucracy is a serious impairment to good patient relations and healthcare accessibility.
